Food is always good here. Finding a table might be a challenge if it's busy but it's not that bad. I like their burgers (SmokeShack is amazing), their shakes are good, the cheese fries are kind of average, and the chicken nuggets are good but pricy. One thing though. Every time I order chicken nuggets, I get it with a side of Shake Sauce. This isn't even anything extra, the iPad where you order from literally asks you what sauce you want on the side. And every single time, without fail, they don't give me the sauce. I swear they haven't given it to me a single time. I always have to go up to the front to get it, and it's really annoying.

Shake Shack is one of those staple comfort spots, and we loved our experience last night! I like snagging a cozy booth whenever possible, and once I secured one in the corner, we happily delved into the Shack goodies. I ordered the SmokeShack Burger with apple-wood smoked bacon, American cheese, cherry peppers, and their famous Shack Sauce, and my boyfriend got the *limited edition* Black Truffle Burger -- both hit the spot, and I know Shake Shack uses high caliber Angus Beef, which is a plus. It was the sides, though, that REALLY took the meal to the next level. Maybe I was just craving comforting faves like fries and chicken nuggets...as one does LOLOL...but I must compliment Shake Shack's quality since the nature of the fry was perfect! The crinkle cut cheese fries were delicious -- hot, crispy, and soothing (I like to use 'soothing' quite a bit as a positive food adjective, hehe), and the white meat chicken bites had a delicate, crispy batter that definitely did not disappoint. (Honestly, those chicken bites definitely had me wishing I ordered more, hehe.) Shake Shack has been super popular over the years for a reason, and I look forward to getting back into that cozy booth very soon!

Food came out in a timely manner and used the kiosk for quicker check out! I see the staff cleaning up frequently. It has an outdoor seating so great to bring your furry friends! Larry, staff here, brought my furry baby a shake shack dog bone! So sweet of him :)

The chicken sandwich with the avocado the bacon and the special sauce was excellent. Prepaid perfect heat temperature of the food came out perfect. Place the order sat down in my seat and one of the runners brought it to my table. The layout of the location simple but roomy and spacious.

This is one of my favorite Shake Shack locations. I came here with my sister over the weekend. We ordered a burger, hotdog, cheese fries and chicken bites. Everything was well prepared and delicious. The service was quick and the workers were nice and efficient. The restaurant was packed for a Saturday afternoon but it wasn't noisy. We enjoyed our food and we will be back again soon.

I am a Shake Shack fan! Love their milkshakes - custard! And of course - their burgers but I prefer their chicken shack more... This location is busy! Just like any other Shake Shack I guess but... wow, mobile order will save your life fr! We mobile ordered and was able to shop a bit and then come back to pick up our food. Convenient by car, LI peeps... everything is orderly, didn't have to worry about missing items like the city... which is great! Clean and lots of seatings. It's a Shake Shack - you know what you're getting! Yum! #longislandlife #burgereats

This location is great because it doesn't have a crazy long line and the food is delicious!
